I applied to this intern at idealist.com and two weeks later, someone gave me a interview invitation.
It was a Phone interview which lasted for about 30 minutes.
They changed the schedule for twice.
The interviewer is very nice.
The whole process is about 40 minutes.

Heard about the opportunity from a friend. Contacted the HR and got the interview. The interview was based on behavioral questions. Since the position is a voluntary and non-paid one, they cared about applicants' passion for the cause. Other than that, skills and background in Accounting is also strongly preferred.

Nothing unexpected - all behavioral questions. Interviewer cared very much about my familiarity with QuickBooks. Employees are generally very nice and easy to communicate with.
