I applied online. I interviewed at Global Relay (Vancouver, BC) in May 2017

Interview

First had a call from HR, she arranges a phone interview for the next day. Then next day a phone interview with 2 technical managers for 45 minutes. They did not ask me to write the code just wanted me to explain how to go through it.

Interview

3 rounds of interview, 3 times. Coding challenges, system design and cultural fit. Rejected for immigration papers. Average interview, but it depends so much on who is on the other side.

I applied through a staffing agency. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Global Relay in Jul 2021

Interview

Double booked interview. Interviewer didn't show up to rearranged meeting or respond to email and messages. Big waste of time. Not impressed with organisation. The double booking was likely due to the recruitment agency, but the missed rearranged interview was due to the employee.
