I applied in-person. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Global Response (Margate, FL) in Apr 2010
Interview
The walk-in application process included filling out standard paperwork plus an aptitude test that included spelling, grammar, math and essay questions to evaluate writing ability. The actual interview with a manager took about 20 minutes and was pretty painless. A pleasing, upbeat personality and interest in the products being sold seemed to be what they were looking for, aside from essential phone, computer and people skills.

Questions were pretty routine. I don't remember anything difficult or unusual.
Same day interview and if you got the job, they will tell you immediately after you interview. It’s king of a revolving door of employees if we’re being honest. I declined the role because they only wanted to pay $15 an hour despite my experience.
