Interview process at global soft is very very very length process . They will initiate the process with client will call u from usa(Raj) he will do the interview with which role u are pecking and what type role they are currently looking and ask some interview questions and ur past experience after they will hold one week in the mean time hr or Consultent will call u and updating u will get further call today and tomorrow and drag the things like week days . Suddenly one day Consultent says they hold ur profile as expected cts is high for them and starting bargaining the salary . Once if u negotiate the salary again initial interview process and dragging the process like h will get a call today and tomorrow . One day some body called he will take some formalities questions and again Consultent drag the things u will get a call today or tomorrow like week days .one day they will call u inform u will almost completed and just visit the company f2f for formal discussions and salary things and release the offer on the same day . Again interview process start once u went for f2f interview the technical discussion happen again and finally hr told u can leave and say the message thanks for coming this whole interview process goes more than 35 days and finally no outcome . I personally advise to don't encourage thee we type of interviews and playing with employee time and waste of money . Please take decision cautiously while attending these type of companies.
