It was a pretty simple interview and took about 15 to 20 minutes. They only asked me some easy questions, such as personal introduction, academic experience and working experience. Everything is based on my resume. No behavior question is asked. From my aspect, what they really care about is the starting date. I guess they only recruit when someone left their company and they really need another one immediately. I said I could start from the next day after the interview and the manager gave me an oral offer right away.
