Global Village Calgary interview questions

I was brought in for an interview, not asked any questions and offered a position within 10 minutes. I was told the starting salary (which was less than minimum wage) and told I could let them know if I was still interested. I contacted them within 24 hours saying I would like to accept the position, but asked if there was any room to discuss the salary, or if there would be any opportunities to increase it after a few months work. I was then told that they were withdrawing the offer and to never contact them again.
