Phone interview followed by one on one interview with members of hiring team for the full day. Technical questions about your research work and semiconductor device physics. Each interview slot was for 50 min.
2 Rounds, 90% technical questions. Interview had four people it was for one hour. Felt like grad school qualification exam. From director to hiring manager and engineers. They were nice even i made a mistake and explained well.

Interview
Manager was extremely friendly. It was a great session. The team asked some technical questions and shared about the role. After the interview when I asked about the interview outcome, even though they decided not to offer me, the manager gave constructive feedback instead of ghosting.
