Applied online in January. Phone interview with hiring manager in March. Set up in person interview in March as well. In person interview included 3 30 minute interviews: 1 with HR, 1 with Hiring Manager, and 1 with an engineer from the department. The interview with the HR person was easy, they just wanted to know about my college background. The technical interviews involved the manager talking with me about the photolithography process, then explaining where the project I would be working on fits in. In the following technical interview with the other engineer, I basically had to recite that same information to show that I understood it. I did not have to understand the process going in to succeed in the interview.
