The interview process went quickly once it started. Two months after I applied, I received an email on a Monday, had a first interview with the hiring manager on Wednesday, a second interview with a Giving Officer on Thursday, and a third interview with the Chief Growth and Communications Officer on Friday. That day, they asked for references and I received an offer the following Tuesday. Questions were standard for my field with some questions about my experience in fundraising communications, as well as questions about what GlobalGiving is doing well and what they could improve on.
