There where numerous stages where they asked the same questions each time and just tried to make sure that they have the right candidate for the job. It started off with a phone interview which lead to a 1 one on one, followed by a group interview and then a final one on one which concluded with an email assignment where I had two answer two questions within a two hour time frame
