I applied through university. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Globe Life in Nov 2014
Interview
The interview was fairly easy. Both recruiters were impressed by fairly mundane experiences. They asked easy questions compared to most other interviews I have experienced, and most of them were not the typical behavioral based questions I normally encounter. However easy my interview was, my experience was challenging and rewarding.

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Globe Life (McKinney, TX) in Feb 2016
Interview
It was very brief. Had 2 interviews within 2 days and started about 1 1/2 week later. I met with the team leader and then with the manager/director. The team lead was very dry and didn't seem like she really wanted to do the interview. The manager seemed more excited about the interview and gave lots of interview. If I hadn't met with the manager, the team lead would've made me run the other way.

Interview
Interview took place in their office. Interviewer was a nice young man, but seemed too busy to be doing interviews. We waited a few minutes for someone else who was supposed to be part of the process. The person did not join us.
