I applied through other source. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Globe Life Liberty National Division (Columbus, GA) in May 2009
Interview
I was contacted by a recruiter from a resume posted on a job board. I was told that they had managerial opportunities. When I got to the location, the office was just being set up and I was made to wait for two other candidates. They put us into a conference room and gave us paperwork which asked for our social security numbers, birth dates and various other personally identifying information. The interviewer (who was not the person that I was told that I would be meeting with) stated that the information was needed so that they could get us computers. I was convinced at that point that even if the job wasn't a scam, they had no idea how to conduct interviews or handle candidate information, so I declined to fill out the paperwork and left the office. Since then, they have contacted me two times to set up an interview with their company. Apparently, they can not keep track of who they are interviewing or the outcomes of the interviews.

The interview process for me was through a zoom call. The owner was very professional and was able to help inform me about the job with a professional approach. I was very surprised how smooth the process was. They are very consistent with communication.
