Globe University interview questions

I was called in for my interview to meet with the Campus Director, Associate Dean, and the Dean of Education. I filled out a second application once I arrived for my interview. My interviewers took turns asking me questions and they asked follow-up questions for me to expand my answers.

First was a resume submission, then I was called in to meet with the Dean of Faculty. It was a traditional interview and quite comfortable and routine. Questions were asked about my teaching experience and background. Confirmation was needed about the classes I would be teaching. The interview lasted about forty five minutes and I was able to talk about my background and teaching experience. I was not asked to do a mock lecture although other schools have requested this. The Dean of Faculty was quite professional and the school appeared clean, organized, and well run. Other instructors passing by seemed happy to be there.
