Quite straigth forward and direct to the point. In Spain that was a small company and quite familiar company, so no HR process at all, direct with the hiring manager.

Interview
I applied online the process took 1 month.
I recently went through the interview process with Globecast Singapore left much to be desired. From the initial stages to the final interview, the process was plagued with issues that ultimately soured my impression of the company.
First and foremost, there was a glaring lack of communication throughout the process. After submitting my application, I heard nothing from the company for weeks. It wasn't until I followed up multiple times that I received a generic response, informing me that they were still reviewing applications. This lack of transparency and disregard for candidates' time was frustrating and unprofessional.
When I finally did secure an interview with the HR and Hiring Manager, it quickly became apparent that the interviewers were unprepared and disinterested. They seemed to be reading off a script, asking generic questions without any real engagement or interest in my responses. Moreover, there were moments of discriminatory language that made me question whether this was a company I wanted to work for.
Overall, my experience with Globecast Singapore interview process was deeply disappointing. The lack of communication, unprepared interviewers, and instances of discriminatory language left me with a negative impression of the company. I would caution other job seekers to proceed with caution.
