Despite multiple follow-ups, including two formal emails, I did not receive any feedback or acknowledgment regarding the outcome — a basic professional courtesy generally expected in the recruitment process. Also, I feel they have budget constraints. So, you might not be paid what you quoted initially. Based on my experience, I would advise prospective candidates to conduct thorough due diligence before attending interviews, as the organization may prioritize hiring from its internal talent pool.
