I applied through LinkedIn and was contacted by email to arrange an interview with a Junior HR representative. The interview lasted approximately 30 minutes, with questions that were quite standard for a sales role.
My impression was that the interview focused more on checking whether I matched a predefined set of expected answers, rather than assessing the value I could bring based on my experience in other organizations. Considering I have over 10 years of senior commercial and sales leadership experience, I expected my background, achievements, and potential contribution to be explored in greater depth.
