Interview
The recruitment process had three different parts: phone call, first interview, second interview (both on site). For the second interview, they contacted me more than a month after the first one.
For the phone call I had to wait more than an hour, because the recruiter was apparently on a meeting. At the first interview, the receptionist couldn't find the recruiter and I also had to wait for a while. At the last interview, the recruiter made me a "tour" all around the offices and the coworking spaces they have, looking for a place to have the interview and delaying the interview in general.
During the phone interview and the first interview, they seemed to have no idea about the position, and they even alleged knowing not so much about the Safety Industry. The questions where the typical ones, and they even gave me a test during the second interview.
They gave me the opportunity of making questions. I asked which EHS provider they have (a basic question if the role is supposed to manage all the EHS aspects) and they answered that they did not know it (!?!?). Also, they were not able to give me a salary range, which is something that many companies do, but I think it is a total waste of time.
Suming up, they gave me impression of an unprofessional company, where the recruiters only seem to be able to tell you how Glovo changed their lives and how cool the start up spirit is.
