El proceso de selección consistió en una entrevista con una recruiter, un test cronometrado de capacitación técnica y un business case con personal del equipo de data. Consejo personal, no esperan ideas diferentes ni approaches novedosos, buscan que entiendas su rueda de hámster y que seas capaz de caer en ella y generar desde el primer día.

Buena entrevista, primero hr, luego 3 tecnicas con caso de negocio y por ultimo recruiting manager. Muy negativo que todas las entrevistas son con evaluadores aleatorios y no con tu posible manager/equipo. Nadie sabia sobre la posicion ni que haria.

I got a first HR call, inadequate from my point of view. Abs No overview of the position or the company, or important topics that allow candidates to decide if they wanna move forward with the process or not, rather making lots questions to see if you know very basic ML concepts...

I got reached out by a Glovo recruiter. Did the first interview with HR and got ghosted after that, without any rejection mail or any further explanation. Very unprofessional HR.
