Never got an official call from HR, neither an initial screening call nor a rejection one. Got just a numeric, excel and logical test in the beginning. After a month, I received an email by a recruiter saying that I had scored high results in the tests and they sent me a business case to prepare, with no more information or deadline. The business case was super bad defined and with typos. Once I sent it, I got a rejection mail back with no feedback. After a month, the same recruiter recontacted me via email, mentioning that there was another opening that I would be a good fit. He sent me exactly the same test. When I sent it back I got another rejection of course and when I asked for feedback, the recruiter told me that he had no feedback from the hiring manager!
