Contacted by a recruiter after I have applied online, I got information about the salary range off the bat so I can decide if I want to continue. Must say that they pay much less than other companies for the same job. Had a first interview quite fast, the lady that interviewed me was nice and we talked a bit about the position. I have to mention that I had applied for a position that I had done years ago successfully and the feedback I received was that I wasn't senior enough. What they meant to say I think was that I didn't work in a similar type of process, but that's not what the feedback was ...I'd had preferred more clarity.
