Multiple interviews with multiple roles culminating in a "P&L" Exercise. The people i interviewed gave me the appearance that this company is being managed by people with little experience and a very flimsy structure. The group interview was incredibly bizarre as I was interviewed by people who I would be leading later. The person in charge seemed totally uninterested, asked the same questions after her peers had done so, left the microphone on and you could hear her talking to other people. Incredible hostile crowd, seemed like everyone had something to prove. Little to no contact between interviews and was finally ghosted. I think it was for the best as weeks later one of their "strongest performing" countries went under and closed.
