First a group interview, than a 30-minute logic test, and finally a quick individual interview. The group was of about 4 people with very different background and all quite junior, but the manager expectations were high.

I interviewed for a Marketing internship a few months ago. The first HR interview went amazing and very smoothly, the interviewer was very transparent about all the details of the position and made sure I understood everything, as well as made me comfortable asking questions. However, my second interview was a disaster, the Marketing managers gave me info that is the opposite of what HR informed me previously. They started asking questions that are so cliché and had nothing to do with the position, and they even asked me to share my screen and showcase proof that I worked on a project previously (I was very uncomfortable sharing confidential metrics of my previous company, but it was crucial as they made it seem like I was lying about the results) They said they will give me a response in 2 weeks but I never heard back from them. I had to send an email to the first HR manager with whom I had a great interview to ask for updates about the position and even he had to check and confirm to me that the position has already been filled. The communication between departments was terrible and there was no structure to the interviews/process. I was super disappointed as I looked up to this company a lot.
