Recruiter approached me online, and had had an initial screening where we discussed the role and what was expected. Some parts were very confusing - location and actual team were not properly defined which seemed confusing. After the screening, I had a very long interview process lasting over 1 month and 5 total interviews - including a tech screening, live coding, meeting the manager and behavioral interview. In general the people interviewing seemed knowledgeable and approachable, but overall very demanding considering the result. After the long process, they returned an offer which was not in the range agreed in the initial call, meaning that the entire process was a waste of time. This was very strange considering the recruiter was the person who initiated the process.

I passed coding interview online and phone call interview from Tech recruiter. Phone interview was really good some simple tech question from recruiter and basic information about company. Thank you for Glovo team that was really good experience.
