Contacted by a Design Manager through LinkedIn InMail saying I would be a good fit for the position, I applied. After which I was contacted by the HR, when I did the screening. I was told I would get the details for the next step and so on, but I just got a generic automated no-reply rejection email as if I didn't even reach the screening stage. The recruitment process is very extensive (whiteboard challenge and multiple other 1 hour calls) and apparently poorly managed.
