Really great experience, applied online and interviewed after almost a month, started with the Recruiter, he was very nice and explained the role clearly and asked a few questions to get to know me. Then after 2 weeks I met head of Q commerce for a more technical interview, She was also so nice, and even when I was stuck at some point she was trying to help me answer.😭 They shared feedback too why I didn't make it to the final stage. I got a feeling that it's really a great company to work with. They just need to improve on the timeframe for the interview, I feel like it's a bit slow, you have to wait for weeks for 1st interview, then another few weeks for other interviews, I also feel 3 interviews are not really necessary to find the right candidate, at most 2.
