On the interview with the Hiring manager you will have a case to solve.
You should be thinking out loud, so they understand your though process. There are other questions about your experience, but the case is the main part.

There is a bird in extinction in south America and you need to increase this bird population to 2000 birds. I'll act as a database and you can ask me questions. You are the project manager, how do you solve it?

2 problem solving interviews after which I had a case interview, and prior to that I had an interview with HR
It's going quite fast, and they care about their values (e.g. gas)

How would you launch a new city?
Had to do a practical exercise after the first screening interview before the second interview with the hiring manager. It was somewhat challenging as the questions were potential real-life cases.
