Glow Insurance interview questions

As they’re just starting their operations in Pakistan. The process for interviews is pretty straight forward. They’ve got the hiring team come here from USA so then and there they do the interview and give you a reply.

I recently interviewed for a position at Glow.co, and I feel compelled to share my disappointing experience. After three rounds of interviews, I received a message stating that the company was excited to move forward and arrange a final interview with the CEO, Samad Wahedi. Eager to continue the process, I took time off from my current job and spent four hours traveling to the office for the scheduled meeting. Upon my arrival, I was informed that the CEO was unavailable. Instead, I was asked to complete another surprise short test, which was unexpected and lacked any environmental setup— I was simply told to solve it without running it. After finishing the test, I was abruptly told that I could leave, and that my interview with the CEO would be rescheduled. Unfortunately, I later received an email stating that I was not selected for the position, despite not having had the opportunity to meet with the CEO as promised. This experience felt unprofessional and disorganized, as I had invested considerable time and effort into the interview process.
