I had to complete a questionnaire and 3 different personality quizzes before I could proceed with the interview process. During the interview there were questions regarding my previous employment and why I felt I was a good fit for their company. They wanted to know my approach to speaking to customers and what I would do in a difficult situation.

Interview
Once you apply, the recruiter pushes you to come in ASAP to take a test. The test I had to take was called The Wonderlic Test. If you pass that, then they have you take a personality test and a typing test. If you pass everything, you interview with the recruiter. If she thinks you're a good fit, then you interview with the department manager. I interviewed with the department manager and director.
