      Application

I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Go-Staff (Long Beach, CA) in Nov 2016

      Interview

I almost canceled my interview after reading the reviews on how they expect the recruiters to take workers to their job sites on your personal vehicle. Nevertheless I still went in for the kill. Prior to the interview I was asked to complete an application along with 2 Wonderlic Tests, which were no big deal. Once I arrived I was greeted and interviewed by the hiring manager, she was very polite and seemed to be laid back. The questioning lasted at least 30 minutes which passed by very fast. The company is very small, based out of San Diego but is growing. They place for many positions but their bread and butter is Construction placement. The office was busy, which is a good sign.

      Recruiter Interview

      25 Aug 2016
      Anonymous employee
      Accepted offer
      Neutral experience

      Application

      I interviewed at Go-Staff

      Interview

The interview was a bit misleading. I was informed that I would have to drive some people to work but that was a bit manipulated info. I was in fact driving ex-cons straight out of prison to work and many times using my own vehicle. It was very uncomfortable.
