      I applied online. I interviewed at Go-Staff

      3 step interview process. Phone screen followed by three in person interviews at two different locations. Interviews appeared to be poorly organized/structured. Communication between employees was evidently lacking interview questions were repeated and paperwork was not circulated among team members conducting interviews.

      What interview process? The recruiter reached out to me on Indeed, we scheduled a Zoom interview and then she was a no-show for our meeting. So, I reached out to the main office. I was told she was in an emergency meeting with the owner and left a message. I also sent a nice, polite email explaining I've researched this company, and was excited to talk further about this opportunity and when can we speak again. I got no response. Just an utter waste of time, especially when I did take the time to get ready for this interview. Do better if you really want to recruit people with talent! I also read that many people said there is no work/life balance. To me, that is part of being a recruiter and in many sales jobs. It didn't phase me. But the complaints on here about management not being organized must really be true.

      Initial phone contact was professional. Waste of my time, very unprofessional and I would not recommend anyone looking for a professional enviroment applying for a position with this company.
