Very straight forward interview process over a 3 week period.
1. Reached out for position by company recruiter
2. Initial screen with recruiter
3. Second round with hiring manager - in this case Chief Technology Officer
4. Third Round - Product, Design, and Engineering team members - walk through design scenario
5. Fourth Round - Leadership team (CEO, COO, President)
6. Fifth Round - Follow up interview with CTO
Questions mostly focused on leadership style, product management and design philosophy, and problem scenario handling. Took them a week after receiving references to inform that an offer was not extended.
