GoStudent interview questions

The interview process consisted of three interviews including HR, direct line of report and a senior manager interview. It was a smooth and quick process. There were no case studies, assessments or psychometrics.

I found the process very structured but lacking personal touch. The first round consisted of me recording some video answers, so there was no chance to speak to a real person. Moreover, there was a limited attempt number which was never warned of, which made it more stressful. The next round was a team lead interview that was very dry and followed the "question-thank you-next question" format. This generally made me disappointment and unmotivated to continue.
