Interview
Lengthy, went through 4 long rounds. Never ended up getting an offer or hearing back, had to ask for an update. The interviewer seemed to be multi-tasking and not giving me their full attention.

How do you go about handling a task you don't know how to do?

Interview
Recruiter screen, phone interview with hiring manager, one on-site with six folks from various levels of management. Appreciated the brevity, but I didn't get to speak with a single person who I'd be working with as a contributor - just layer after layer of management. Ultimately, I didn't love that representation.
