Godot Media Interview Questions

Do NOT waste your time attending their online test and interview. It's humanly impossible to get selected. The initial round is a writing + aptitude test which has to be completed in an hour. Only a Robot can finish it. The interview for a sales guy and content writer is no different. They will just reject you and not even give you a proper feedback.

The first round was a written test where I had to write two articles. This was followed by a face to face interview with the COO. I was then told I would hear from them within a week, which I did.

A woman shoved a couple of question sheets at me and made me sit outside the office to answer them. Lastly they told me experience doesn't matter. So they'd pay the same for both a novice and an experienced programmer. I left immediately after. Overall uninteresting and uneventful. Looks like they're too depressed to take actual interviews.

After clearing online rounds, I was called for a test in person. In spite of 2 months having passed by since the test, I haven't heard back from them yet. From what I know, I still have a final Skype round with their CEO, who perhaps is very busy for more than 2 months and away abroad. Whenever I contact, I'm asked to wait for an unknown time. Nowadays, they chose to avoid my calls and emails. Very poor hiring culture. Anyways I have got a better offer from a different firm but wanted to warn others to not rely on these people. They don't respect the interviewees and their time. P.S: they still tell me I cleared all the rounds and a perfect candidate and is awaiting the CEO's nod. Funny, ain't it?

There were two written rounds both of which required me to write around 200-500 words on four topics. This was followed by an interview on Skype with the CEO. It was easy going and the people were very friendly.

As i was an outstation candidate the interview process took 2 days which i appreciate. The first round was writing 2 sample articles on random topics that they gave us. Second round i was interviewed by the founder and was asked to come in the next day for the next part of the process. Then i was asked to write 2 articles on digital marketing. Once done with that i had another interview with the founder. This one was more in depth. Next, asked to do a few tasks in order to see if i would be the right fit for that position. Finally i was asked to leave and informed that i would get notified if i get selected. Havent heard from them since! Note : I come from an accounting background and having applied for a content writing position i did not expect to be asked accounting or finance related questions! But i was wrong! As the founders are iim grads expect to be grilled as they definitely have a rigorous interview process.

Had to give a written test which was simple aptitude and an essay. The second round was 2 writing exercises one was writing a an article about a product and the other a cold email we were given access to the internet and an hour to complete. The third round was a casual interview with the founders

Easy. Got called for an interview after applying online. Took some tests and wrote a couple of sample articles and then commenced with the interview after those articles were reviewed. The process was fairly easy with interviewers asking basic questions about career and education history. They asked basic personal questions such as strengths and weaknesses, hobbies, etc.

To get selected for an interview one needs to complete a writing exercise.After getting selected for the interview,there are 2 rounds,a writing excercise and an interview with the hr.
