tldr: If you want to grow your HR career, this is not the place for it.
During the second interview, interviewers were 30 minutes late without giving notice. They had to move it to an entirely different timeslot. There were 2 interviewers, but one of them didn't say anything during the entire call and was clearly doing something else (and that person is supposed to be a "manager"?)
From the interview alone, I already got the message that they have no plans of innovating their systems and processes because they expect you to be completely okay with doing only clerical work (that could easily be automated) without any HR innovation (which is what most companies are already aiming for).
For a well-known retail brand, I expected better from their HR team, but all I got were jaded and demotivated representatives who are perfectly content with their archaic practices,
