Easy and comfortable, the hiring manager will just listen to you attentively and you won't feel nervous at all. There are some follow up questions but it's just a way to get to know you more.
Fun and easy going employer. The manager that hired me was kind and approachable. I was 16 years old back then, I just wanted to have an experience and this is a good start.
