In my case, contacted me weeks before I ever got an interview. Interviewer was personable. Prior to going I read glass door and found some potential unethical practices on their part, I did confront them about what I read, it was all denied. I believe it's potentially why I wasn't offered the position. After my interview, I was told I'd be called Monday to set up the second interview with the VP. After no call I called and emailed several days to get a status since in the interview I told them I had other opportunities pending, 4 days later I finally got a generic no thanks we hired someone else. Kind of funny since 2 days ago they put the ad up again on Craigslist. Needless to say I lost out on another opportunity waiting on their response. But all things happen for a reason. Needless to say if that is the way they operate I'm glad I didn't make the cut. I won't say anything positive or negative other than what I've said because I did not really have an opportunity to experience the companies culture or climate. Only advice I'd give is if you ask in an interview "Do you have other opportunities pending" and the person says yes don't leave them hanging!
