It was a very unprofessional process. The interview was interrupted 3 different times because people kept coming in and out of the office room- either talking to the hiring manager or giving her coffee. Some workers popped their head in the room just to laugh at me as well. The hiring manager did not say goodbye to me either - I was left in her office for about more then 5 minutes alone. It was a huge waste of time.

I applied online and received an invitation the next day, to schedule an interview. After scheduling the very first available slot (2 days later), doing my research on the company, getting so excited for the opportunity as I truly love the mission, I was ghosted for the interview. I joined 5 minutes early and stayed on 15 minutes and no one showed up. I left and joined again in case they were possibly unaware, but that didn't change anything. I then sent an email and have not heard anything back. After reading other interview reviews, I don't have any hope in this opportunity. For such a mission, this is simply unacceptable and definitely flattened my hopes of a caring well-run organization.
