I had a really positive interview experience overall. The process started with an initial recruiter phone screen, which focused on my background and interest in the role. The recruiter did a great job explaining the company, culture, and expectations, which made me feel comfortable and prepared moving forward.
From there, I had a virtual interview with the director, followed by a take-home assignment where I created a small collection. It was a fun and engaging project to work on. After that, I had an in-person interview with the director and the divisional president.
Throughout the process, the interviewers were friendly and professional. The conversations felt more like open discussions where I could share my experience and learn more about the company. I also had the opportunity to ask questions, although many of them were already addressed in detail by the recruiter and director earlier in the process.
Communication was consistent, and I heard back in a timely manner after each stage, which I really appreciated. Overall, the process felt well-organized and respectful of my time.
