The interview process was disorganized and unprofessional. The interviewers did not arrive on time, and only one interviewer was present for the rescheduled interview (2 were scheduled to be on the panel). Additionally, the company was described in negative terms, and comments were made about a partner organization that seemed unprofessional and inappropriate. The compensation package was also disappointing. Only 5 days of vacation were offered per year, for 5 years - a very low amount compared to industry standards. The overall package felt underwhelming and did not reflect the value of the position.
