Thank you for letting us know how we could have done better. Our apologies that your interview journey lasted so long. I understand that must be frustrating to be in consideration for that long. I don't know all the details but can imagine given the timing that our headcount was fluctuating over Q2 and Q3 2020 that your journey could have been impacted. We realize there are many steps to our interview process as we want to ensure it will be a great longterm fit for both parties.
