I had an excellent interview experience at Gong. The process was well-organized, welcoming, and highly professional. Each interviewer was engaged, asked thoughtful questions, and created a relaxed atmosphere that allowed me to present my skills confidently. I also appreciated the transparency about the role, team culture, and growth opportunities, which made the conversation inspiring and motivating.

a friend recommended me on the company. He said the process is fast and efficient. However, it took them more than a week to get back to me, then the recruiter talked to me (like in all other places). After 8 days I pinged here, and she said she is still talking to the hiring managers (8 days??). 4 days later another HR coordinator set a meeting; the meeting was with group leader (30 minutes). 2 days later i got a short email, "thank you and good bye". I suggest Gong to be more efficient, and if you do not wanna hire people, do not start the process at all.
