Interview
Phone screen with a recruiter, went well. Took a week and me asking for an update to get an update. Recruiter was engaged, pleasant to chat with.
Next talked to the head of support who came off like he was annoyed he had to talk to me. Answers were short, didn't really seem to listen to anything Asked basic questions that didn't dig into anything, questioned moving jobs (which is ironic for someone who says he values growth and investing in people when I left roles due to lack of investment in my own growth). Sent thank you messages and received a generic email. Overall, just a mediocre experience that I wouldn't recommend.

Tell me about your work history and changing jobs. How would you think through if I asked you to reduce tickets by 30%.
