I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at GoodWeave USA (Washington, DC) in Oct 2019
Interview
The whole process took a month with multiple hoops, even for just a junior level PO role which I found tedious and tiresome. Applied online, had a phone interview, then in-person interview with 3 others where I had to prepare an assignment with little direction then present. Questions back and forth and asked about short job gap (in an unkind way..) and I was able to ask questions. Next step was Skype interview with 2 other members of organization and then after that was a timed 1 hour timed writing exercise. Waited a week and a half then informed with no feedback that I wasn't chosen for final offer. Wasn't surprised given the time I waited to hear back from timed writing exercise. One thing that stuck out as odd and put-on by them was the amount of time they mentioned 'finding a good fit' during the interview process. They acted like I was joining a family or cult rather than just looking for employment! Also, found it odd that they said most employees there kept their head down and it was a quiet atmosphere where you didn't have much interaction with people except in the kitchen...hmmm.
