Interview
Nothing difficult, very straightforward questions. They just want to have a nice conversation with you. The in person interviews are just that too—seeing if you’ll be a good fit. They don’t really test you on advertising vocabulary or textbook knowledge.

They're super personable and friendly here! Interview will consist of initial conversations with the Talent Director and Head of Account Management followed by interviews with the specific team they're hoping to place you with to evaluate fit. There's also a questionnaire you'll need to fill out which helps them get to know you better.

Interview
Applied on their career page. Fairly straightforward and easy interview process. There are four total interviews before an offer is made.
I had two video interviews before they decided to move forward with another candidate. The first interview was with the recruiting lead, who was very helpful and went far and beyond to answer my questions and keep me updated during the process. The second interview was with the hiring manager, who was also very amicable and made the interview a pleasant experience.
