The degree of dissatisfaction you have with Goodkey, Weedmark & Associates Ltd is very unfortunate. We do not set a goal for any specific number of employees at our company, and instead hire accordingly as we grow and take on new and existing projects. With a highly skilled and experienced team, we are very fortunate as a company. We have the utmost confidence in all of our employees, regardless of their tenure. Consequently, we very recently held a workshop with all of our designers and engineers to help map out career paths and identify skills and experience relevant to and required for each role. To ensure that our team's career path expectations are transparent, we have been taking feedback directly from them.
