I reached out GN using StackOverflow. Got a reply and an invitation for a skype interview on the next day. Interviewer is a native english speaker, easy to get along with. After a brief intro (1h) from both sides we scheduled another call with founder. That interview was more technical and resulted into on-site interview in HongKong. On-site interview had 5 stages: my presentation about myself, lunch with the whole team, technical interview, architect interview, PM/designer interview. I really enjoyed my time with GN.
