A few days after submitting the application, I was contacted by email and voicemail requesting my availability over the next three business days for a 30-minute phone interview. I responded within about 30 minutes, by both email and voice message, with my availability for each of the following three days. By late afternoon of the next day (the first potential interview day), I still had not received a reply so I sent a follow-up email. The following morning, I received an email reply from the HR contact indicating the time they would call me for the interview the next business day. I replied with confirmation by email. The next business day (the interview day), I did not receive a call or email from the HR contact. And I have not received any communication since. In other words, I was ghosted.
