Interview
I applied online and was called the next day. I went in for an interview with someone from Senior Management and another associate. Went through several questions, such as why do I want to work for Goodwill, some behavioral type questions also. Once the interview was complete, I received an email asking me to return for a second interview in a couple of days.
The second interview was a lot harder. The person from Senior Management was in this interview as well as the Vice President. They repeated some of the same questions from the first interview-- why do you want to work here? Tell me how you would handle this...? How would you communicate with someone if they did not.. ? etc.
It took a few days for them to get back to me regarding my status. I was not successful.
Bizarre. The guy who interviewed me was clearly into redheads, and I was a redhead at the time. In fact, there were a LOT of redheads working there. As soon as I saw that, I knew I had the job. The questions were too easy.

I had to do a role play. I was told that I could leave the room and come back in if I wanted to make it more realistic.

Interview
Multiple questions on Goodwill background. Laid back interview but relatively tough questions if you did not review background of company. Asked more than the typical interview questions but still did the common ones. Overall, good experience with an accepted job offer with higher pay and title than original salary.
