You come in for two interviews. The first is just the question-and-answer bit, and the second is a drug screen (which is only a swab). Be careful if you're young--the bosses there are looking for older people because they're tired of dealing with "kids," so they've been hiring people older than middle-age (as of 9/12/2012).
